Please note a £1.60/mile fee is added onto all non-clinic based appointments to account for mileage and time travelling from CV23 0FZ.  By booking a service you are agreeing to pay the fuel charge in addition to the appointment fee. Google maps will be used to determine journey mileage.

Please note we do operate a 24-hour cancellation Policy.  

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations within 24 hours, including rescheduled appointments that are later cancelled, will be charged in full.

• If you reschedule an appointment and then cancel, the original booking fee will still apply. This prevents circumvention of the 24-hour cancellation policy.

• Arrivals up to 15 minutes after the allotted time, with prior phone call contact, may result in a shorter session, with the full fee retained.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the allotted time without prior phone call contact will result in the session being cancelled and charged in full.

• No shows will be charged in full.

• Please ensure all outstanding fees are settled promptly.

• For cancellations within 24 hours, please call Caileigh on 07860 716467. If your call is missed, please send a follow-up message, as emails and voicemails may not be seen in time.

• For hydrotherapy appointments please ensure your pet has been to the toilet prior to the appointment. Defecation or urination in the treadmill will result in a £100 cleaning fee due to the need to cancel the remaining appointments for that day, waste the water, sanitise the tank and recalibrate the water in the system for the next day.
