Please note that the first ten road miles from CV23 0FZ are charged at 0p per mile. After this, a charge of 45p per mile will be applied to all appointment bookings. By booking a service you are agreeing to pay the fuel charge in addition to the appointment fee. Google maps will be used to determine journey mileage.

Please note we do operate a 24-hour cancellation Policy.  

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations within 24 hours, including rescheduled appointments that are later cancelled, will be charged in full.

• If you reschedule an appointment and then cancel, the original booking fee will still apply. This is to prevent circumvention of the 24-hour cancellation policy.

• Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, with the full fee still applying.

• Please ensure all outstanding fees are settled promptly.
