Service Description

After receiving a referral from your vets, your horse will undergo an initial assessment. During this assessment, we will gather important information from you as the owner or guardian to understand your horse's daily condition and your goals for physiotherapy sessions. We will then evaluate your horse both at rest and in motion, as well as through palpation. Based on the assessment findings, we will design a tailored treatment plan. We will also use appropriate treatment techniques during the session and create a reevaluation plan, considering the frequency of visits and the potential need for a customized home exercise plan based on your horse's specific needs.

Cancellation Policy

Please note a £25 deposit fee is requested at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of deposit payments. At The Veterinary Physiotherapy Company, we appreciate your dedication to your pet's health. To streamline our services, we kindly request a minimum 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within this timeframe will result in the full retention of the booking deposits. No-shows will be charged at the full cost of the appointment. In the event of a late arrival, sessions may be shortened without adjustment to fees. We ask that outstanding fees be settled promptly. For cancellation within the 24-hour window, please contact Caileigh at 07860 716467, as emails and messages may not be immediately received. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and the best care for your pet.
