Service Description

In a follow-up veterinary physiotherapy appointment, we will reassess your horse, both at rest and in motion, as well as through palpation, to gauge any changes or improvements. This assessment provides valuable insights into your horse's response to the treatment. Based on the findings from the reassessment, we will make necessary adjustments to the treatment plan and remedial exercise programme. This may involve modifying the treatment techniques used during the session to address your horse's evolving needs. Additionally, we will discuss the frequency of future visits to ensure that your horse continues to receive the appropriate care.

Cancellation Policy

Please note a £25 deposit fee is requested at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed on receipt of deposit payments. At The Veterinary Physiotherapy Company, we appreciate your dedication to your pet's health. To streamline our services, we kindly request a minimum 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within this timeframe will result in the full retention of the booking deposits. No-shows will be charged at the full cost of the appointment. In the event of a late arrival, sessions may be shortened without adjustment to fees. We ask that outstanding fees be settled promptly.
